We charge for 4 hours of wallpaper removal and the work order says time over 4 hours is _____, we get signed off that this is now extra work
We find mold behind wallpaper, furniture, drywall damage that needs to be fixed- his would be a time and material but we need a work order to show the extra time we will be bill that is needed to do a task
