Introduce yourself and any other crew members
Verify all of the areas being painted/refinished
Verify we have the right colors and sheens
Inspect the floors! Is there any damage already there- if so - take pics, make notes so we are not held responsible for these pre existing conditions.
We do not move large furniture, fragile items, TV's refrigerators, ovens, dryers due to the risk of water damaged lines, gas or vent lines. IF they sign a hold harmless agreement-(QR code on work order) we can move the item- but remind them we are not liable for damages. Use a piece of mason board or cardboard to cover the floor where needed.
Review start/end times
Make sure they know we will be taking before and after pictures
Ask what washroom you can use if needed
Verify if they have a preferred sink we can use for water and cleaning
Ask where the place location is to keep tools (overnight)
Let them know you must wear shoes during the day, we will use drops as needed.
Give them an idea of how you see the job progressing so they can plan their days, when you think to be done, and how you hope to earn a 5 star google review!
Remind them you will provide daily completion forms so they can know what was done and when we will finish. We will have to do a final completion review with them on the last day where we will also be collecting final payment.

MAsking and repairs
We will be masking floors, ceilings and walls. We use materials that provide the best results. We cannot be responsible for tape pulling paint or floor finishes. This can happen due to previous paint, repairs, dirt, material issues etc. We cannot know f tape will pull paint from walls or finihses from floors. We do our best to prevent it, but it can happen and we are not respinsible for it.
