As in the estimate already signed, we provide touch ups after 1 year, which are 1 hour in length and use the materials on site. Once we have the sign off- if you have other touch ups you want completed we can accomplish it by an additional work order for a rate of $57 per hour, or do them when we come back in 1 year.
