Have a paper or electronic copy of the work order and job folder with you before arriving at the job site.
Make sure you have ALL tools- wallpaper table if needed, paste machine and all attachments, adhesives, hand tools, level (in case batteries die) buckets, sponges, cleaners, ladders/scaffold, drop cloths, etc.

Introduce yourself and any other crew members
Tell the customer you want to go over the scope of work and work order to confirm what is being done as well as the logistics of the work being done
Ask the customer where they would like to start
Inspect the floors! Is there any damage already there- if so - take pics, make notes so we are not held responsible for these pre existing conditions.
We do not move TV's, large furniture, refrigerators, ovens, dryers due to the risk of water damaged lines, gas or vent lines. IF they sign a hold harmless agreement(QR code on work order)- we can move the item- but remind them we are not liable for damages. Use a piece of mason board or cardboard to cover the floor where needed.
Review start/end times
Make sure they know we will be taking before and after pictures
Ask what washroom you can use if needed
Verify if they have a preferred sink we can use for water and cleaning
Let them know you must wear shoes during the day, we will use drops as needed.
Give them an idea of how you see the job progressing so they can plan their days, when you think to be done, and how you hope to earn a 5 star google review!
Remind them you will provide daily completion forms so they can know what was done and when we will finish. We will have to do a final completion review with them on the last day where we will also be collecting final payment.-IF applicable
Upload before pics to customer slack channel!
Read over the instructions- Verify you have the correct adhesive for the paper, etc before starting.
Do a quick preview before bringing in tools, make sure you have enough (quanties if measure by Dfranco are listed on work order. If you are short- prepare to leave
Inspect the walls- are they ready for us? -if not- tell them and show them
For MUrals/graphics- Do you have a blueprint? Measure the walls, compare that to the size of the mural being provided- do they match- will it fit? If not- do not hang!
Upload before pics to slack along with a close up of the wallpaper, and the label that we can use for marketing

As per the estimate, if there is not enough wallppaer on site, then there can be a retunr trip fee for us to return
we allow 30 min for any drywall repairs- If we spend more time to make walls ready for wallpaper, the time spend fixing, drying, sanding etc are all above the estimate provided
Wallpaper verification- what wallpaer are we installing and how much is on site
