Prices before anyone comes out
We publish our prices before anyone comes out. See every price we publish.
Online prices are planning numbers. The written estimate is the number.
Your written estimate
After the walkthrough you get a written scope with the number, the products, the coats, the prep included and the schedule. No pressure to sign in the room.
A quote holds for 30 days.
Deposit and payment
A 50% deposit books the work. We accept cash, check and card. We do not offer financing.
Painting and the warranty
Two coats as standard on painting.
The written warranty is five years on painting, with the terms on your estimate.
You can supply your own paint. We only warranty product from Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams, as that is what we have been trained on.
What we will not move
For insurance reasons we do not move pianos, California king size beds or ultra large TV screens, and we say so up front.
Insurance and licensing
Insured and registered in Illinois. Illinois issues no painting contractor licence.
