We are a non-union shop. However, we do work in and on locations that are prevailing wage restricted. With our Office manager and Coordinator that is not a problem to navigate with you.
We have had some “fun” in the navigation of proper insurance. As have both full time W2 employees and independent contractors each type of payroll requires different types of insurance.
In working with companies like Walmart- it is kind of crazy the amount of insurance we are required to carry while working on these job sites, but we have them in place and ready to send when you need them!
