Use this form for the pre job walkthough as well as reviweing it when completed of everyhing you did.Have a paper or electronic copy of the work order and job folder with you before arriving at the job site.

Make sure you have ALL tools- cleaners, scrub pads, sandpaper, screwdriver/cordless screw gun, extension cords, drop cloths, paper, tape, plastic, primers, paint, gloves, mask, temporary wall poles, fan, hair dryer, wood filler, glazing putty, caulk, baggies for hinges, sharpies, notebook

We don't want to make trips to the store or shop once we start- get what you need before you arrive- or have it arranged to be delivered.

Checklist(Required)

look at everthing that was painted and review it with thie customer

make sure all doors are level

make sure paint cans are closed and labeled

were there any issues before we strated, (ie crooked doors) make sure they know we retured as things were

make sure they know- no wet towels on painted surfaces

clean with wood safe cleaning products (vinegar/water BONA wood cleaner

Touch up and warranty

As in the estimate already signed, we provide touch ups after 1 year, which are 1 hour in length and use materials on site. Once we have the sign off- if you have other touch ups you want completed we can accomplish it by an additional work order for a rate of $57 per hour, or do them when we come back in 1 year.
